The start date available in Analytics>Job Financials pulls from the Additional AIA Info Start Date as opposed to the Contract Start Month. Not every project has an architect so this date will not always be populated. Also would be good if you could filter by start date as we would like to see newly opened jobs and also filter by close date so we can filter by recently closed jobs.
