We need a memo or notes field in the Auto AP tool.
Why?
-To be able to pull up the Pending Auto Invoices screen and see what is in there
-To be able to use the Pending Auto Invoices DB View for our SSRS / CR reports. This lets us see what is pending in the Auto Invoices for each job
-There is no connection between the two systems besides those basic fields like sales tax, amount, etc until someone begins totally entering the invoice. If we had a quick way to notate what the invoice was for--which mapped to the Spectrum memo/note field--we could keep MUCH better tabs on this
All this would require is to slightly adjust the Spectrum Pending Auto Invoices View, add the entry field to the Auto Invoices entry screen, and map it to the appropriate Spectrum field.
