We use the Notes field in JC Project Phases (PM Project Phases) for detailed information about the work being completed under that phase code. I.E. Assumptions at bid time, details on how the quantities were calculated or expected to be completed. Any additional information that is pertinent to that phase of work being completed. However it is not available anywhere but Vista. This should be a field option to add to custom PowerBi reports so field personnel can review as needed throughout the project when a phase of work is being completed.
