Submit Your Suggestions for Trimble Construction One Analytics

I would like to outline a few extra data sets our company needs for Dashboard Analytics:

In the Equipment report option:

"Contact Name" - we associate this field for who's responsible for equipment ID's. This would allow us to tie an equipment to a driver or a lead.

"Serial #" - when we have several pieces of same make/model, having this reportable and pivotable would be helpful to our equipment manager to keep up with active/inactive status and to dispatch/assign specific equipment at a second level other than ID. Also helps when confirming and reconciling our equipment list.

"Date" - a dataset field that would show the exact date of last cost and/or last revenue. This would help us identify equipment use and equipment being idle or underutilized by date of recorded cost/revenue. Not just the month year period option.

In the Customer Billing report option:

"Invoice ID" - not sure why this is missing. It's a critical piece of data for AP to see invoices related to vendors or customers

• Along with the ID, an amount for that ID, date and due date in the vendor/customer area.

In the Project Management report option:

Overall, the PO module needs to be represented in further detail. Through a dashboard, we should be able to see a purchase order and it's line item details, original amount, received amount, line item indicators and balances. This should be available for all types including AP, purchases, materials & subs. Being able to see the available fields for purchasing would help our buyer be able to see data through the dashboard and we could export and pivot the data in mass as well.

The MOST helpful export currently in Spectrum is the Job Cost History report. This is the most inclusive and easy to export/pivot set of data that Spectrum provides. Having a dashboard report that could be edited so less manual export and pivoting is needed would be key. This contains a ton of good information that isn't available in one place, or one of the report options.

• Not sure why a large majority of Spectrum tables aren't exportable like Job Cost History is. Some of the tables that appear when using spectrum DO NOT have the option to export where it would be highly beneficial to export and report off in the table view that is shown in spectrum.
