One example would be the ability to create a buyout report that I can pull in the current estimate amount per phase and also pull in all the sub-contracts and PO's written against those phases and then be able to create a formula column that subtracts the two to show the remaining uncommitted costs. Currently we use the PM Module to do our sub-contracts and PO's and it does not automatically lower the amount on the sub-contract detail or material detail sheets. So the PC's have to go in every time they write one and manually subtract the difference in order for the PM Buyout Report to be accurate. Unfortunately this isn't happening so that report is not useful for us, but if I can do it through Analytics - problem would be solved. Right now there isn't a data source available in Analytics that I can pull from that will give me all the pieces I need.
