Request: We are heavy users of InfoLink and queries. I would like the ability to use InfoLink style queries with the TC1 data dimensions, cubes, custom views, etc.
Reasons:
1) It is much easier to create custom views in TC1 than it is to pull tables in through InfoLink.
2) User security and table security is also much easier with TC1.
3) TC1 does not allow us to use data entry to run scenarios. We often pull data, combine that query with user entered data, and then calculate additional values based on the combination of the query and the data entry. With the ability to query the TC1 data views, it would be much easier to build our spreadsheets.

It is in our future-term vision to provide the curated TC1 data outside of TC1 that would allow you to supplement with other data. We haven't started active development / finalized this possibility just yet, but are in discussions of what this solution may look like.
