This is an older suggestion and we've updated the way our filtering works, so I'll explain that here and then mark it as Not Applicable.
Since our job-related datasets go all the way down to the single transaction level, we need to do some filtering to ensure reasonable performance and stay within Power BI's limits. Currently we filter these reports to jobs that have a cost transaction within the last 5 years. If a job is 12 years old (for example), all 12 years of data will be available so long as at least one transaction has occurred within the last 5. This seems like the best compromise that allows reporting on most relevant jobs while staying within the limits of our tools.
