We NEED the TC1 webpage to have a banner warning of text to clearly tell users when there are slow downs, delays or issues in the processing of AP invoices. We are trying to force users to use the platform but today it took over 2 hours to get 10 invoices over to Spectrum and she had no idea there were issues. When I opened a case, support knew. Can you write a rule to push out a delay or slow down message that automatically appears on the TC1 auto ap when the system is slow? We are trying to get buy in but when users don't understand there are issues, it hurts the platforms credibility and users don't want to try it again.

When posting system-wide messages, there is always a balance of wanting to be timely but specific enough to indicate (at minimum) who and what is affected vs spamming people with warnings that aren't relevant to them. I think we often bias towards spending effort understanding and resolving the problem first when it would have been better to send a simple alert as soon as possible. Automating the process of posting alerts would be very tricky, but there are improvements we can and will make on the human side to ensure we're more prompt.
PS - the "Not Applicable" status on this doesn't mean it's not important or not something we'll work on, just that it's not a product enhancement.
