We do not use the HR module in Viewpoint therefor we do not have Employee Numbers to gain access to the Employee portal. Is there a work around to gain access to our Vista Reports on Trimble One?

Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

I know this is an older suggestion, but for visibility Vista Reports requires a PR Employee record (not HR). This is because the Vista Reports module is a shared capability originating from the Vista Web product (it's also part of Vista Web > Office Tools), so this requirement is driven by the fact that Vista Web uses PR Employees to identify users.
If you want to create a PR Employee record for someone so they have access, but not have them show up as an active Employee for Payroll, there is a workaround for that. In Vista Web, there is a portal setting called "Allow portal access for inactive PR Employees without a term date" - if that setting is enabled, the PR Employee can be marked inactive and still use Vista Reports.
