The Customer Billing Dataset should have the Project Manager as an option so that when building billed and collected report a Manager can sort by Project Manager.

Curious if you've tried creating the same report using the Project Management dataset instead of Customer Billing?
Project Management data essentially combines data from a few different datasets & contains a lot of the customer billed, invoiced, paid metrics (in the Job Cash Flow table) at a customer / job level.
I ask this because the PM dataset also already contains the Project Manager field, so you can use it to filter.
