The highest priority is work order and customer cost/revenue/profit visibility, but having technician utilization alongside those metrics would really round out the picture of overall performance. It would help us measure how efficiently technicians are performing and where there may be opportunities to improve scheduling or productivity.
This is on our roadmap (we plan to have all functional areas of Vista included in Analytics datasets). What is your highest priority for things to report on in SM? Is it work order and customer cost/revenue/profit?
